This is an ancient Roman silver denarius, of empress Sabina, minted at Rome in 136 AD
Obverse: SABINA AVGVSTA "Sabina Empress"- Diademed bust right, draped.
Reverse: CONCORDIA AVG - "Harmony of our Emperor" Concordia seated left, holding patera in right hand and double cornucopia.
