This is an ancient Roman silver denarius, of empress Julia Maesa, grandmother to emperors Elagabalus and Severus Alexander, elder sister of empress Julia Domna. This coin was minted in Rome between 220 - 222 AD.
Obverse: IVLIA MAESA AVG, "Empress Julia Maesa" Bust of Julia Maesa, diademed, hair waved and turned up low at the back, draped, right.
Reverse: SAECVLI FELICITAS, "Perpetual Blessedness of the Age" Felicitas standing left with a long caduceus, sacrificing out of patera over lighted altar, star right.
