This is a nice ancient Roman silver Siliqua of emperor Constantius II minted at Lyon in France between 347 - 355 A.D.
Obverse: D N CONSTANTIVS PF AVG "Our Lord Constans Pious Fortunate August (Emperor)" pearl-diademed, draped, cuirassed bust right
Reverse: VICTORIA DD NN AVG "Victory of Our Lords and Augusti" - Victory walking left holding wreath and palm, one wing visible
