This is an ancient Roman Silver Denarius, of Emperor Antoninus Pius, minted at Rome between 159 - 160 AD
Obverse: ANTONINVS AVG PIVS PP TRP XXIII, "Antoninus, emperor (Augustus), Pius, father of the nation. High priest, holder of tribunician power for the twenty-third time" laureate head right
Reverse: FORTVNA COS IIII, "Fortuna. Consul for the fourth time" Fortuna, draped, standing right, holding rudder, nearly vertical and set on ground, in right hand and cornucopiae, with tip turned from body, in left.
