This is an ancient Roman silver denarius, of empress Crispina, minted in Rome between 178 - 182 AD
Obverse: CRISPINA AVGVSTA, "Empress Crispina" draped bust right
Reverse: VENUS, "Goddess Venus" Venus standing left, holding an apple & drawing drapery from het left shoulder.
A nice example with a great portrait and toned.
