This is an ancient Roman silver denarius, of empress Faustina II, minted in Rome between 145 - 161 AD
Obverse: FAVSTINA AVGVSTA, "Faustina the venerable" Draped bust of Faustina facing right
Reverse: AVGVSTI PII FIL "Daughter of the emperor (Augustus) [Antoninus] Pius" Concordia, draped, standing left, holding patera in extended right hand and cornucopiae in left.
