This is an ancient Roman silver denarius, of empress Lucilla, minted in Rome between 165 - 169 AD
Obverse: LVCILLA AVGVSTA, "Empress Lucilla" draped bust right, hair in a bun.
Reverse: PVDICITIA, "Purity" Pudicitia veiled, standing left, arranging her veil
