About this item
A miniature copper mould in the shape of a globe artichoke. This is stamped “JONES BROS. DOWN ST. PICCADILLY RD 14572” to the side and it dates from c.1880. The artichoke design is well detailed and the mould is made from a substantial gauge of copper. It is in very good condition and the tinning, to the interior, is still in very good, bright, usable condition.
Dimensions: Diameter 5.1cm. Height 4.3cm.
