    About this item

Early 20th century, miniature copper moulds. One of the moulds has a very unusual, stamped mark to the rim and this can be seen in one of the images. The other one has this mark stamped to the top. The mark appears to be Russian and is probably the mark of the stately home or castle from which they have come. One is dated 1909 and the other is dated 1912 and this would be consistent with the date of manufacture of the moulds. The design consists of a fluted top above a scalloped lower section. They are all made from a substantial gauge of copper but they all have repairs, hence the price. Originally there would have been tin on the outside of the mould as well as the inside but this has been removed, revealing the copper beneath. The tinning, to the interiors, is worn. They are being sold individually.
Please note, the image shows others that we had which were in good condition so please read the description carefully as this has the details of the marks.

Dimensions of each mould: Diameter 5.8cm. Height 6.3cm.

Price includes postage within the U.K. Shipping to the U.S.A. add £10.  Most of Western Europe add £5.
