Published: The Royal Tennis Court in small 4to red hardbacks, originally wrapped in a clear cellophane with 50 pages in an edition of 200 numbered copies, the first 150 of which were reserved for members of the R. T. C. The crest of the R. T. C. is embossed on the front board in gilt, 1938
