This is a delightful original 20th Century miniature Oil on Board Painting depicting a beautiful sandy beach with a parent and her two children gazing out into the distance.

Dating to circa 1980-1990 and mounted within the original decorative silvered moulded frame, the painting is gorgeously painted and portrays the very tranquil scenery in amazing attention to detail.

Titled Verso: 'The Tide Watchers, Dover' and signed indistinctly to the lower-left corner.

The artist has captured the mood and the wind-swept Sandy Beach wonderfully.
