    About this item

A rare two part mid 19th century Hexagonal garden Cloche. Essentially a miniature Greenhouse to protect and extend a plants life from frosts and insect/small animal attack. The solid frame of this cloche is cast iron which has a lovely weathered  patina, traces of old white paint and original plate glass panes. A very desireable and architecturally decorative piece for the kitchen gardener.

Condition commensurate with age and use. The frame of this Cloche could easily be painted but we liked the weathered look!

One glass side pane has a crack but is completely stable.
