About this item
A rare example of a vehicle tin this one. The only example of a artic vehicle tin. A very large tin as well so would look great on a shelf. International stores was known for selling a bit of everything so rumour has it the tin would of held a hamper at one time instead of like the usual biscuits, that would explain the size. The tin dates from the 20/30s and a great model of a lorry. Very rare for the trailer and the tractor unit to stay together all them years. Great printing all round and a classy looking tin.
condition
the lorry is in very good condition for age with the odd scratch and surface rust as you'd expect for the age. The lid all opens and closes fine, the 2 parts fit together nicely. All round a lovely tin what would grace all collections
