    About this item

A fabulous large antique C.W.S Biscuits Crumpsall shop tin.

Manufactured by the The Cooperative Wholesale Society.

Lovely decorative tin with great imagery to all sides, and with two striking panels in yellow and two in turquoise. Wonderful use of old typography.

The tin has an embossed removable lid, which advertises 'Cream Crumpsall Crackers'

In very good condition for its age with some age related wear and knocks as seen in the pictures.

Would make a super addition to any collection, excellent display or practical piece / authentic prop.

I have loved vintage tins and old advertising since I was a young child. I collect myself and want to create a space online for all those who share my love of history and design. Best wishes - Peter and Harri (the Hound)!
