DB0562 FANTASTIC TALL VICTORIAN PINE ARCHED TOP DOOR

A lovely, original, reclaimed Gothic style Victorian pine door. The door is constructed with an arched top with two shaped panels for glazing, above two solid panels, with a gun-stop chamfer and fitted with decorative mouldings to both faces. The door is fully morticed and tenoned and suitable for internal use or perhaps external use if some work is carried out, please contact us for advice. The top panels will need glazing, we can glaze the door for an extra charge, please contact us to discuss your requirements and for a quote. The door is in good solid condition with some signs of age and wear, as expected. The door retains some of its original scumble paint finish but it is cracking and missing in places and you will need to sand and re-finish the door to suit. Please note, the top central bar of the door, in between the two panels for glazing, has been professionally replaced. The door has some knocks, surface splits and chips and there is some damage to one of the joints at the top of the door where it has sustained a knock. There are some holes and marks from hardware removal. Please see pictures for condition details. The door has a fantastic look and will add great period character to a home.
