    About this item

A nice quality, Victorian copper kettle. This is stamped 'A & L' just above the spout. This would be a manufacturers mark. To the base it is stamped with a number '8' which would relate to the capacity as it probably holds eight pints. It is English and it dates from c.1880. It is very well made, from a heavy gauge of copper, and it has castellated seams. There are brass fittings to the handle and an acorn shaped finial to the lid. It is in excellent condition and the tinning, to the interior, is still good, so it could be used.

Price includes postage within the U.K. Shipping to the U.S.A. add £40. Western Europe add £15.
