    About this item

    A miniature, Wedgwood, dark blue, jasper dip jug. This is marked “WEDGWOOD ENGLAND” and it dates from c.1900. It is also impressed with two individual letters, a ‘W’ and an ’S’. It is decorated an armorial, which is the town crest for Birmingham, and beneath this, in ribbons, it reads ‘FORWARD BIRMINGHAM’. Wedgwood produced a series of miniature pots, with various town crests, which were sold as tourist souvenirs. 

    It is in excellent condition.

    Dimensions: Diameter 3.8cm. Height 5.8cm.
