    About this item

A very unusual, Wedgwood, dark blue jasper dip, pastille burner with inner cover. This should have an outer lid but, unfortunately this is now missing. The base is impressed “WEDGWOOD”. There is also an impressed mark which is known as the moustache mark and there is a number “822”. It dates from c.1850. It is decorated with four of the Muses standing between trees. All of the reliefs are very good quality and the jasper dip is a very deep shade of blue.

Both the vase and the inner lid are in excellent condition.

    Dimensions: Height 12.6cm. Diameter 10.5cm.

Price includes postage within the U.K. Shipping to the U.S.A. add £20. Most of Western Europe add £10.
