    About this item

A pair of Wedgwood, pale green, jasper dip plaques. Each plaque is marked “WEDGWOOD” and they date from c.1860. They are decorated, in white relief, one with a classical maiden holding a tambourine and the other with a classical maiden holding a basket of fruit. The relief decoration is well detailed and both of the plaques are in excellent condition. They are being sold with a pair of French hangers. These probably date from the 1930’s. They are made from tin and have gilt metal claws to grip the plaques.

Dimensions of each plaque: Height 16.5cm. Width 11.5cm. Depth 1cm.

Price includes postage within the U.K. Shipping to the U.S.A. add £20. Most of Western Europe add £10.
