About this item
A lovely, Wedgwood, sage green jasper dip, stilton cover and stand. This is marked “WEDGWOOD ENGLAND: and it dates from c.1900. There are also two small, individually impressed letters, an ‘X’ and a ‘V’. The stand is decorated, in relief, with a border of oak leaves and acorns and this border is repeated around the top of the cover. Around the cover is a continuous band of classical figures. All of the reliefs are very good quality, with good depth, and both the cover and stand are in excellent condition.
Overall dimensions: Diameter 28cm. Height 20cm.
