About this item

A small, Wedgwood, lustre bowl. This has a brown printed mark ‘Wedgwood England’ underneath a Portland vase. There is also a pattern number ‘Z4826 and it dates from c.1920. It is finely potted and it is in excellent condition. The decoration is quite unusual, particularly the exterior of the bowl. The interior is decorated in the same manner as the dragon and fish lustres which were designed by Daisy Makeig Jones but the exterior has a fine, geometric pattern in pastel shades.
