    About this item

One half of a two part wooden butter mould which would turn out a three dimensional wheatsheaf. This is carved in sycamore. It is English and it dates from c.1830. It is very well carved with excellent detail to the wheatsheaf.

There are a number of woodworm holes and there is also a very slight split in the wood, where one of the pegs is missing. Although it is no longer usable, as it has lost its’ better half, it still makes a good display piece.

    Dimensions: Height 9cm. Width 7.7cm Depth 2.2cm.

Price includes postage within the U.K. Shipping to the U.S.A. add £15. Most of Western Europe add £8
