These stunning early Aesthetic movement transferware 8 1/4 inch plates are transfer printed in rich blue with a white ivoryware earthenware pottery typical of the Josiah Wedgwood factory in the Staffordshire potting district of England. Decorated with a lush kaleidoscopic botanical image of peony flowers. The peonies are interwoven can converge in the center.
