This is an ancient Roman Æ orichalcum Sestertius, of Empress Marcia Otacilia Severa, wife of Philip the Arab, minted in Rome between 245 - 247 AD
Obverse: MARCIA OTACIL SEVERA AVG, "Empress Marcia Otacilla Severa" diademed draped bust right.
Reverse: CONCORDIA AVGG, S C in ex "Harmony of our Emperor, Decree of the senate" Concordia seated left, holding patera & double cornucopiae.
A wonderful coin with a great patina and pleasing portrait.
